These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of onlinetacticalsupply.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from JTB Marina Enterprises LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed at checkout through our third-party payment processor.

Advanced Training Portal Subscription (Optional)

At checkout you may choose to add the Advanced Training Portal: knowledge on self-defense, natural disasters (good to use with our tactical supplies), and firearms training. It is never added unless you select it. The subscription is $45.00 per month, billed every 30 days. The first $45.00 is charged as a separate transaction right after your product order, and your credit card statement will show it from onlinetacticalsupply. It then renews every 30 days until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime by calling (855) 200-0672 or e-mailing hi@onlinetacticalsupply.com. Cancelling stops all future renewal charges.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on carrier and destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, for a refund of the purchase price, less original shipping. Refunds are processed the same day we are contacted, and can take up to 7 business days to be credited to your card. Contact hi@onlinetacticalsupply.com or call (855) 200-0672 to begin a return.
